The Trial Kit must be returned to ENAiKOON before the last day of the trial period without damages. The receipt of the parcel service will be used to confirm the return date of the Trial Kit. If the Trial Kit is returned to the ENAiKOON warehouse in Berlin within the trial period, ENAiKOON will refund your deposit excluding freight charges. ENAiKOON reserves the right to charge the tester the full retail value of the equipment plus freight charges for any damaged, altered, or unreturned equipment.
